good apart from the check in
hotel was nice, warm and clean
staff on arrival check in was supposed to be at 3pm and we arrived about 3.30pm with the receptionist shrugging her shoulders and bluntly saying room not ready due to conference that was finishing and every body was leaving.. which was poor management as there was only about twenty rooms booked for that night and I could not see why they couldn’t have got that many ready. poor start

We stayed here during while traveling back to the south by car, so good location for that. Otherwise not too interesting.

It was fine for what we were doing but not very good value for money really
The location was good and the room was excellent. The WiFi was good.

Spacious suite
The suite was lovely and spacious (especially the bathroom). Breakfast was very good quality, loved the bread!
The balconies of the suite could have been furnished to make them more enjoyable in the sun. Lots of noise overnight in the street, but it wasn't the hotel's fault. A kettle and some tea should be provided.
